Oregon Renaissance Faire, is officially on our calendar. My booth partner is a life-long Ren Faire goer. We have talks about our dream markets and where we want to go. It turns out, we’re already living a lot of the dream out here, doing craft fairs in the Pacific Northwest, and already attending faire!

Turns out it was pretty easy to slam the ideas together! As a bonus, we even get to wear our wizard hats and leather armor. Huzzah!

We’ll be attend all three weeks at the Oregon Renaissance Faire, the Vale of Dunrose: June 1-2, 8-9, 15-16, 2024, 10am – 7pm. Please refer to the OR Ren Faire website linked above for updates, directions, and all.

At this event, we’ll be flying the flag of “Tinkers and Traders”. Somehow, the sci-fi fantasy Pew Pew Zap with a glowing colorful comic book sign seemed out of place. Turns out they didn’t have lasers and robots in 1600s Scotland!

We’re registering for the Washington Midsummer Renaissance Faire! We’re just deciding if we want a bigger booth. The WA Ren Faire takes place the five weeks of July 19-21, 26-28, August 2-4, 9-11, 16-18 of 2024. And, you’ll notice those are 3-day weekends instead of Oregon’s two.
