Pew Pew Zap sends packages on a regular schedule. This guide can help you understand timelines your package might arrive.
When can I expect
my package to arrive?
Timelines
We’re not a super-international-mega-corporation. We’re artists who are trying to be the best people we can be. Integrity and quality. We don’t have a crushing impact on the environment or dystopian work conditions in fulfillment centers. We’re just doing normal people stuff.
Products listed as in stock regularly ship in less than a week. Standard shipping times are added to the timeline of that shipping schedule.
Products on back order need to have assembly and finished. Materials for products should be in stock. The product usually ships in less than two weeks — more regularly closer to one week.
Shipping days / providers
We ship most regularly with USPS. Product is brought to the post office on Tuesday and Thursday.
We use other shipping providers less-frequently. FedEx. DHL. ETC. We bring product to these offices as needed, once a week.
Confirming shipment dates
Have a package that needs sent out on a specific timeline? Please, message us ahead of time.
If you think your package is running late, or there’s an issue with your tracking information, please give us a message. You should have been issued a tracking number when your package was sent out. Sometimes our delivery robot has a bit of a glitch, and emails don’t quite get there.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated by an external shipping algorithm. Contact us if you need special arrangements.
