Pew Pew Zap, isn’t just trying to create good things — we’re trying to create great things. We offer a return and exchange policy and are always open to feedback. Our exchange and returns policy lasts 21 days, and pretty much only excludes negligent use. So, don’t toss your stuff in the washing machine.

Beyond 21 days, we’re happy to hear from you, and discus things on a case-by-case basis.

Returning your item for a refund or exchange *does* require sending your item back.

We aren’t a giant, international mega corporation. We’re artists trying our hardest to extend access to supply our most popular designs to the public-at-large. We do not cover lost or stolen items. If you are concerned about a lost delivery, please make sure to select a shipping method that insures your shipment. We simply don’t have enough over-head to personally insure your delivery and deal with fraudulent delivery claims.
